Tacos

Hola!

Well, i got like an hour before going on with the next task in my planner. Every wednesday or miercoles in spanish, i'm gonna be another morning glory, wake up early while other people still under the duvet, having a good dream.Say hello to 9am class in the morning! My miercoles is dedicated to the one and only my beautiful senora Julia Palacios.

So, today's menu is one of my favorito mexican/spanish dishes,TACOS!!

Serve 1
Los ingredientes:

2 Taco shells - from old el paso.
A handful of minced beef
1 chunked tomatoes, chopped
4 tbspn of tomato sauce/salsa sauce
4 baby button mushrooms,chopped
1 tbspn of olive oil
A clove of garlic
grated cheese
basil
black pepper (it's an alt. but i love if it's spicy a bit)
salad

Metodo:

1.Put 1 tbspn of olive oil inside the pan, heat them, put a clove of garlic and wait for a few minutes.

2.Then, put the minced beef with chopped mushrooms.Let them be cooked for 4 minutes. While waiting, heat the taco shells in the microwave for 1 minute.

3.After that, put the tomato sauce/salsa sauce with the chunked tomatoes. Put some black pepper and basil inside them.Stir them and you can put salt if you want. I didn't put salt due to my diet purposes plus the sauce already got the taste you needed.

4.When the beef is done, place them into the taco shells with some salad inside. Put some grated cheese on top of it.Then, you are ready to eat!

Here's my tacos!

Just gonna take like 20 minutes to prepare!Try it:)

Tuesday Madness

The schedule for this semester is quite hectic. Every tuesday, I'm gonna be a busybee and it doesn't really allow myself to share my own created food. So, i decided to make tuesday as my food sharing day!

As i finished my math class. i decided to have a break with CUPCAKE! This is cookies and cream cupcake made by Tesco. Uh huh Tesco, it's not some famous amos brand. But, it is quite fascinating.

To those cupcake lovers out there,
Just so you know, this tiny cupcake has 335 cal. which means equals to the one plate of rice and other dishes like chicken or etc. I would say, no other cupcakes for myself this week.

I would love to give rating for this one. Let say, 3/5 why? too sweet for me but it was nice!

Ciao.
