Scrambled egg with spinach and sliced potatoes

Hi guys,

So, today i chose to make an easy breezy lunch - scrambled egg with spinach and las patatas.This is totally perfect for those who on a busy schedule yet wanted some healthy,tasty meal for the tummy. This is my own recipe,it's just randomly came up on my mind since i need to finish my large packet of baby spinach.

Los Ingredientes:
- potatoes
- baby spinach
- salad/broccoli
- egg
- milk
- pepper/ paprika
- mayo
- grated cheese
- butter




Metodo:

1. Boil the brocolli, and potatoes. Don't chop them first,let them be cooked for 10 minutes.

2. While waiting, scramble the egg, put some chopped spinach,milk, a pinch of paprika powder and ground black pepper.Fry them on a pan and stir the egg on with medium heat.

3. When the boiled veggies are done.Slice the potatoes thinly, and cut the broccoli.Place them on the plate.

4. Put the scrambled egg on top of the potatoes. On top of the scrambled egg, put some grated cheese and pepper. Place some mayo and you've done!Eat best with garlic bread:)

Calamari with mango salad

Hi peeps,

Well, it's been a while now and let's get updated!This is one of my favorito comidas and it's super super easy to make. I bet seafood lovers out there couldn't resist their temptation for Calamari.It's just so amazing!





Serve 1
Los Ingredientes:

4 medium squids
Plain flour
Durum wheat semolina alt (breadcrumbs and eggs)
black pepper
mango chopped into stick
salad
mayo
chilli sauce - i prefer thai sweet chilli sauce
oil
salt



Metodo:

1.Cut the squids into pieces and when you finished, leave it on a side.

2.Mix the flour and the semolina together.For alt. you might use beaten egg and mix with breadcrumbs. Both ways are tasty, depends on your preferences.

3.Now, make the spicy mayo by mixing 2 tbspn of chilli sauce and mayo well together.You can add more chilli sauce or mayo, again depends on your level of spicy taste.

4.Then, heat the oil in a deep fryer pan and heat over a high temperature.

5.Now, coat the calamari with the flour that you mixed before. Mixed them together and fry the calamari.

6.Leave it until the calamari turn into golden brown and put them on a tissue paper.

7.Assemble the salad and put the spicy mayo on the plate.Arrange the calamari with chopped mango stick and put some more spicy mayo on top of it.Done!
